TARPON

Tarpon is a seasonal migratory fish.  Their season ranges from late April through June out in Boca Grande Pass.  In Charlotte Harbor it runs from May through September.  These fish get up to 200 pounds.  The like to dance in the air and shake their heads at you.  If you want a fighting fish just for sport, this is your fish.  You may have the Tarpon on for just a moment or you may be fighting it for hours.
